Raheli can trace her love for helping kids thrive, to a week’s work experience as a sixteen year old. She remembers being amazed by the power of therapeutic interventions in helping children overcome their challenges. She graduated from Sydney University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) and has worked at paediatric practices in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore, gaining valuable experience and training across school and clinic settings.

During her three years at Kaleidoscope Therapy Centre in Singapore, Raheli worked with a remarkable group of professionals from all over the world. Her commitment to Sensory Integration as a key piece of her therapeutic approach was sparked during her time there. The children she treated were from a multitude of countries, cultures and religions. In addition to working with these children on a weekly basis, Raheli also worked with children who travelled to Singapore expressly for intensive therapy sessions, from Indonesia, Malaysia and Bangladesh. This work involved one on one therapy, training family and other carers on specific strategies and interventions to help the child continue to develop their skills, and follow up contact on the child’s progress on their return home.

Through her experience, Raheli has seen the immense benefits of working as part of a multidisciplinary team, as well as the benefits of engaging and involving parents, carers, teachers, and all important people in the child’s life. She believes that working as a team, and looking at the child holistically is fundamental to supporting the child to reach their full potential.

Raheli is skilled at understanding children and developing individualised, child focussed therapy programs that are engaging, goal driven and fun. She believes in creating a well balanced environment where the child is appropriately challenged and given an opportunity to develop their confidence to thrive in all settings. Raheli creates a therapeutic environment that is warm, supportive, positive and professional. She values the diversity of her clients and their families, and makes it a priority to advocate for them across all disciplines.

Raheli is extremely driven and passionate about working with children. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regular supervision, as well as learning from each therapeutic encounter.

In her free time, Raheli loves to travel, connect with family and friends all over the world, play the piano and spend time with her husband and three girls.

Tracey has worked as an education assistant for the last 17 years. She is a certified special needs assistant, a certified Applied Behavioural Analysis specialist working with children with Autism, a Tutor and now a certified Phono-Graphix Reading Therapist.

Tracey has worked in a range of schools with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities. She is passionate about the educational, social and personal needs of children and therefore has attended a number of courses to ensure she is upskilled and in tune with current evidence-based practises.

Tracey is excited to be a part of introducing families to the Phono-Graphix Reading program and seeing the reading and spelling skills of her students improve over the course of the program.

Tracey is a wife and mum to 3 gorgeous children. She loves to read and hang out with family and friends on her time off.
